In September and October 2026, IQusion announced two contracts where the setup of an electronic document management system is accompanied by training for the client's employees.
The September contract with IQusion covers system setup for 30 workstations. In addition to basic deployment, the scope of work includes connection to the interdepartmental electronic document exchange system and staff training.
In October 2026, the company signed a larger agreement. This project involves integration and process work, as well as training for 250 users. Both cases show that the vendor takes on the organisational aspects of product launch, documenting these services in their contracts.
Organising Document Workflow
As a business scales and new positions emerge, the document approval process must be transferred to new employees without delay. Including training in the contract with the integrator helps create a foundation for such knowledge transfer.
When expanding a team, it is advisable to periodically review internal processes. For example, give a new employee a typical document workflow and see if they can navigate it using existing instructions. It is also important to clearly define who to contact in case of an unusual situation or technical error.
For IT business analysis, the presence of training services in a company's portfolio is an additional indicator of its operating model. However, it is worth remembering that the mere signing of a contract for user training describes only the declared scope of services, not financial results or customer retention rates.
